First I must say it is a pleasure to work with Pam and I am more than pleased to personally recommend her and www.artistadesign.com to any person, company or organization requiring that personal touch but professionally designed Web Site.

I was initially apprehensive about entrusting our web site with Pam, because she was based in the United States of America and we are in England, all our contact has to be by email but this has not been a problem at all. Her response to any issue or query has been second to none. I have greatly appreciated the structured approach to carrying out work and the subsequent support.

I had dealt with other web designers on our main web site with varied results but never quite getting it finished or right. When Pam took over she revamped my site with style, much faster than I would have thought possible, and with excellent suggestions all along.

We also required a smaller lead site to the main I had a basic design in PowerPoint. Pam has developed this into a web site that not only looks fantastic and was professionally done but anticipated my needs and helped me express a more compelling vision of the site. I am not computer minded when it comes to web design and the back end underlying workings of the site but Pam has assisted in this and many Internet and computer related system problems, which has been over and above what was expected of her.
